Symtech Fire Employee Spotlight: Brian Arnold, Regional Manager

Berkeley Heights, NJ – September 7, 2025 – Symtech Fire is proud to shine a spotlight on Brian Arnold, Regional Manager, whose distinguished career in the fire service and commitment to training excellence have made him a cornerstone of our team.

Brian’s journey in the fire service began in 1986 with the Red, White and Blue Fire Department in Breckenridge, Colorado. In 1989, he returned to Oklahoma City, serving two years with the Bethany Fire Department before joining the Oklahoma City Fire Department. Over the next 30 years, Brian rose through the ranks, retiring as a Major and Ride Out Battalion Chief. He capped his OKC career by leading the Fire Academy Training Center for three years, where he mentored and developed the next generation of firefighters.

Brian’s contributions extend beyond service in the field. As one of the founders of the EOC Tech Fire Training Facility in Choctaw, Oklahoma, he played a pivotal role in designing and building the center, offering civilians a path to become career or volunteer firefighters. Serving as Program Director for over 12 years, Brian oversaw the training of countless recruits before branching out to form his own training company. His expertise has since impacted fire departments across the U.S. and in 14 countries throughout Europe and the Middle East.

A respected voice in the fire service community, Brian has contributed to NIST studies, authored articles for Fire Engineering and Fire Rescue Magazine, and shared his knowledge for 14 years as an instructor and lecturer at the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) in Indianapolis.

Today, Brian brings his unparalleled firefighting and training experience to Symtech Fire. As Regional Manager, he ensures that Symtech’s Training Towers and Props meet the evolving needs of fire departments nationwide. His leadership and passion for advancing firefighter readiness exemplify Symtech’s commitment to innovation and excellence in training.
