The Structural Fire Simulator ST provides essential live fire training using environmentally friendly propane (LPG) or natural gas (NG) in the vapor state. All fires include variable flame control, integrated smoke generation, and premium NFPA-compliant safety systems.

Fire Simulator ST burn prop mockups are constructed of durable heavy-gauge steel ensuring extended prop life. All fires include an integrated monitored and interlocked flame pilot ignition system. Wireless controls enable seamless control of fires, smoke and effects such as a dramatic ceiling rollover.

Symtech offers fixed burn props mockups as well as interchangeable designs to provide increased versatility in training exercises. Variable flame range puts control of fire dynamics in the palm of your hand. All burners are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and all components are approved and designed for the environment.

The Structural Fire Simulator ST is cost-effective and versatile. It delivers 4,500,000 btu/hr for each training fire with unburned gas, temperature and ventilation all monitored and controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) enabling you to focus on training!

All Symtech Live Fire Simulators are fully compliant with NFPA 1402, Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props.

The system includes an industry standard warranty and operation and maintenance (O&M) training.

Optional equipment includes a rollover, flare-up effect, and sound generator.

Living Room - ISO — Fire Simulator ST-Pro Living Room Props

The Structural Fire Simulator ST-PRO builds on the ST platform, providing advanced live fire training. Fires are fueled using environmentally friendly propane (LPG) or natural gas (NG). Fully integrated, independently controlled burners enable extension to one or more separate fires within the same training space.

Dozens of standard off-the-shelf configurations are available and we can customize a configuration to deliver endless scenario possibilities. All main fire mockups and extension mockups are constructed of durable heavy-gauge steel ensuring extended prop life. Multi fire scenarios enable instructors to change the point of origin and enable fire growth based on response time and agent application efficacy.

The ST-PRO model is set apart by its ability to create progressive fire scenarios, where fires spread and grow at the command of the ignition officer utilizing the included Wireless remote. Variable flame range or multiple fires in a single training space ensures varied training to challenge personnel of all experience levels.

The ST-PRO model delivers 4,500,000 btu/hr for each main fire and extension fire.
